Minimum applicant qualifications:

1. Active IAM membership for at least the last year.
2. No substantiated TOS violations for at least the last year.
3. Submission of all required materials, as described below in scoring section.
4. Full time student (or equivalent) at a nationally/regionally accredited college or university for the time period of the scholarship award.
5. Enrollment in a degree or certification granting undergraduate program, or equivalent.
6. Documentation of unmet financial need, after both government and school-sponsored financial aid, to pay for tuition, books, and fees. If in doubt on this, send an IM to wlfdrgn for acceptable forms of documentation.
7. Must be attending school in a country which can legally receive and be sent funds from the United States, in accordance with US State Department legal requirements. (At any given time, this restriction only excludes a few countries.)
